THERAPEUTIC PEPTIDES
(Longevity, Anti-aging, & Recovery)

Mobile Service is available in Los Angeles and Coachella Valley areas

Therapeutic peptide injection entails introducing specific peptides into the body to treat a range of health issues. Peptides are short chains of amino acids, which are essential components of proteins and play vital roles in numerous biological processes. Peptide therapy utilizes the healing properties of these peptides to address specific physiological functions and enhance overall health and wellness.

The peptides used for therapy are carefully chosen based on their specific properties and desired therapeutic effects. Peptides are created to imitate naturally occurring peptides or modify their sequences to enhance their functions. They can either be obtained from natural sources such as plants or animals, or they can be produced in a laboratory.

Some of the commonly used peptides are Sermorelin and Ipamorelin which are both synthetic peptides belonging to a group of substances called growth hormone-releasing peptides (GHRPs). These peptides are intended to stimulate the release of growth hormone (GH) from the pituitary gland, promoting various physiological effects in the body.

Sermorelin, also known as GRF (1-29), is a peptide comprised of 29 amino acids. It acts as a growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog, mimicking the action of naturally occurring GHRH. Sermorelin stimulates the pituitary gland to release endogenous growth hormone, leading to increased levels of growth hormone in the body. This can have several potential benefits, including enhanced muscle growth and repair, improved body composition, increased bone density, and improved cognitive function. Sermorelin is often used in the management of growth hormone deficiency in adults and children.

Ipamorelin, on the other hand, is a pentapeptide composed of five amino acids. It acts as a selective agonist of the ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR). By binding to this receptor, Ipamorelin stimulates the release of growth hormone from the pituitary gland. Similar to Sermorelin, Ipamorelin has the potential to promote muscle growth, fat loss, increased bone density, and improved skin elasticity. It is often used in anti-aging and fitness regimens to support overall health and well-being.

Peptides, in general, are short chains of amino acids that play various roles in the body. Apart from growth hormone-releasing peptides like Sermorelin and Ipamorelin, there are many other peptides with different functions and effects. For example:

  1. Growth Hormone-Releasing Peptides (GHRPs): GHRPs stimulate the release of growth hormone from the pituitary gland. They can help promote muscle growth, enhance tissue repair, improve sleep quality, and potentially address conditions related to growth hormone deficiency.

  2. Melanocortin Peptides: Melanocortin peptides, such as melanotan II, target the melanocortin receptors in the body, which regulate pigmentation, inflammation, appetite, and sexual function. These peptides may be used for skin tanning, weight management, and potential treatment of sexual dysfunction.

  3. BPC-157: BPC-157 is a synthetic peptide derived from a naturally occurring protein called body protection compound. It has been studied for its potential to promote tissue healing, reduce inflammation, and improve digestive function. BPC-157 is commonly used for musculoskeletal injuries and gastrointestinal conditions.

  4. Thymosin Peptides: Thymosin peptides, such as thymosin alpha-1 and thymosin beta-4, are involved in regulating immune function and promoting tissue repair. They have been investigated for their potential in boosting immune responses, improving wound healing, and manage autoimmune conditions.

  5. CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin: CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin are growth hormone-releasing peptides that work synergistically to stimulate the release of growth hormone. These peptides are often used for anti-aging purposes, muscle growth, fat loss, and overall improvement in body composition.

  6. Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme (ACE) Inhibitor Peptides: ACE inhibitor peptides, such as the well-known angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors derived from milk (e.g., lactotripeptides), have been studied for their potential in managing hypertension. These peptides work by inhibiting the enzyme responsible for converting angiotensin I to angiotensin II, thereby helping to regulate blood pressure.

  7. Insulin-Mimicking Peptides: Peptides like insulinotropin and GHRP-2 mimic the actions of insulin and can enhance glucose uptake and utilization in the body. These peptides may be used to improve glucose control, enhance insulin sensitivity, and potentially aid in weight management.

The use of specific peptides and their effectiveness may vary depending on the individual's health condition and treatment goals.
